Booking Procedure
Once an initial email has been received with your requirements, we will reply to confirm availability and cost. At this time a booking form will also be sent, which must be completed and faxed or posted with a deposit to secure the booking.
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 1 month prior to the arrival date.
