Ultimate-High - Mountaineering North Wales

Mountaineering is more than climbing, panoramic views or a wilderness experience. The mountains offer an exhilarating challenge for all levels of experience from absolute novice to the aspiring alpinist.

Ultimate High offers a range of mountaineering days both in our home mountains of Snowdonia as well as Scotland and the Alpine regions. These days are designed to develop the necessary skills to fully experience the world of mountaineering and help our clients achieve their 'ultimate high'.

We also offer alpine guiding and instruction in winter mountaineering, both designed to suit the specific client demands.

Exploring Snowdonia

Ultimate High offers it's clients the opportunity to safely explore & experience the high mountains of Snowdonia. Historically, this area has been the training arena for generations of climbers & mountaineers, with the 1953 Everest expedition famously practising on Snowdon in preparation for their successful summit attempt. As well as the well-known peaks & valleys, the area has a wealth of hidden walks, climbs, scrambling & summits that allow the walker or mountaineer the chance to discover the true Snowdonia.
